Night Pact: Azuru

Synopsis

Night Pact: Azuru could be defined as a story-focused adventure, set in the early half of the 20th century. It follows Jack Alestrad, an ex-PI, who now works for local bootleggers.

While trying to overcome his own past, he is dispatched far from the city, where the moonshiners' have established. 
There, in an old town between the hills, it's easier to keep hidden from prying eyes their unlawful activity, among religious ceremonies dedicated to an unknown deity.

What to do and to expect

• Explore the unsettling and shady enviroments where the cult has established itself.
  Find resources to keep you alive during the night and key items needed to dig deeper into the cult's core.

• Solve puzzles. Each one on its own way. Sometimes they'll require the player to think deductively, or approach it with a different perspective.

• Read pieces of lore, talk to some npcs, and investigate the surroundings. It may aid you in grasping not only the events around, but your mind itself.

• 6-round revolver to fight your enemies (or some better weapon if you find any).
  Be aware; reloading will clear the cylinder, wasting unshot rounds.
  

• Body and mind. Not just flesh wounds should you take care. Some things could break your mind.

• Minimal HUD elements. No health bar, crosshair, or objective marks. Having instead more inconcrete elements, you'll need to follow your intuition about  when, and what to do (e.g., use a first aid kit, or keep it for a few wounds later).

Controlls

• Mouse & Keyboard. Controller support.
• If using m&k, navigate the menus using keyboard movement keys.
• Rebindable keys. Joystick/mouse sensitivity adjustment.

Gameplay

• Average time to complete story between 2-3 hours. It may vary according to player's behaviour and perfomance.
• Autosave/checkpoint system. You don't need to worry about saving.
• Ingame story-integrated basic manual as pickable item. Whenever found, could be read anytime in the option menu.

Language

• Originally written in Spanish. All texts translated to English and Russian.
